Clients are invited to select their choice of any insured caterer and bar service. We kindly request each event hosts a dedicated event manager, to which we can provide recommendations.

  • 192 guests

  • Yes, all of three trees come with the space. They can't be removed but they can be adjusted with different color lights.

  • Yes, definitely. You don't have to use any of our premium tables, chairs, or furniture but it is included with the space.

  • We have a daytime and evening rental period. The daytime rental period is 10 am - 2 pm and the current rate is $2,500.

    The evening rate is variable by day of the week. The rates are as follows:

    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 6 pm - 10 pm is $5,500.

    Thursday & Sunday from 6 pm - 10 pm is $6,500.

    Friday from from 6 pm - 11 pm is $8,500

    Saturday from 6 pm - 11 pm is $9,500

  • Booking the space for your event is a first come first served basis. Once you sign the contract and pay the deposit, you are locked in for that date and no one else can have an event during the time of your booking.

  • We have 3 TVs - 2 indoor and one outdoor and also a 110" projector screen that can be used for any event. We have a state of the art sound system that has bluetooth capabilities and a wireless microphone. Our space also includes wifi.

  • No! We are flexible. You can use any caterer you want as long as the food is from a licensed and insured caterer and kitchen. We offer a preferred vendors list for your convenience.

  • You can't attach anything on the wooden walls in the venue. You can attach signs and decor on our boxwoods.

  • Yes, you are required to have insurance for your event. We will provide a link in the contract for an option you can use.

  • Yes, a member of our staff will be available during the event and they will be ready to assist you anytime you need them.

  • Smoking is prohibited inside and outside in the venue.

  • As early as needed that day if there is not an event happening before.

  • A cleaning fee is included in the price
